This policy explains how La Cala Medical & Aesthetics handles the personal details you send through this website. It covers the website enquiry form only. It does not cover the clinical records kept about your care, which are held under medical confidentiality and Spanish health law.

When you use the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and message you enter. We use these details for one purpose: to read and reply to your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them.

Our lawful basis

We process these details on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and sending the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

How the form works

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-handling service that passes your message to the clinic's email. Your details travel through their service for that delivery and are not used by us for any other purpose. Once we have your enquiry by email, we keep it only as long as we need to deal with it, then delete it.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The map on the location page is shown through Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, and to object to our use of them. To do any of these, email info@lacalamedical.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
